  • Do I have to pay if you don't fix the issue?
    Absolutely not! We offer all of our computers a No-Fix, No-Fee guarantee. If we cannot fix the issue then you aren't charged for the service. It's as simple as that!
  • How late are you open?
    We're open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you're in need of support, someone will be there to assist you!
  • How long does it take to repair my computer?
    Repair sessions can vary greatly. The more complex the issue, the more time it will take to properly repair your machine. We typically see repair times average from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Do I have to stay by the computer?
    No. Once you call us, we will get some basic information from you to setup your account and get connected to your computer. This takes 5-10 minutes. Once we're connected to your machine, you are no longer needed at your computer. If you would like, you're more than welcome to sit by your machine and watch our technicians repair your computer.
  • Can you get into my computer after the session is over?
    No. You must log back into the system and download the temporary software again for us to gain access to your machine. Our files automatically delete from your computer after every session. Until you initiate a new session, our technicians can neither see nor access your computer.
  • Why should I choose over more traditional methods of computer repair?
    By allowing our technicians direct access to your computer at its resident location, you are saved the frustration of trying to explain your computer’s problem(s) or perform often complicated telephone instructions. When our personnel are able to interact directly with your system, they are better able to quickly and thoroughly diagnose the problem and effect repair, saving you time and money, and better ensuring that the problem is reliably and permanently corrected. Remote repair also saves us money, enabling us to manage operating costs and keep our rates affordable.
  • What are the advantages of online computer repair?
    Online computer repair is the easiest and most secure way of repairing any computer problem. You won't need to dismantle the machine and all of those wires to take it to the local shop, and you certainly won't have to try and put it back together. By allowing our technicians to securely repair your machine online, you're saving yourself time and money while getting the best service and guarantee in the industry. Additionally, you will have complete access to view our repairs on your computer. If you left your computer with a store or used other online services (that black out your screen,) you have no idea of what the technician is looking at or repairing on your machine.
